UNIT 10: The Pros and Cons of Higher Education. After researching the pros and cons of HE there are many advantages and disadvantages that I had come across. Many people go into HE to develop more in their skills and knowledge for their upcoming career and success in future employments. One of the advantages of going into HE is the ability to develop your skills after getting a diploma in college and going further to get a degree in your chosen course for your future employment.
